Charles Parish & Co is an independent retail and leisure property specialist founded in 2017 by Ian Parish.
Ian has over 30 years of experience within the property industry both in independent commercial property consultancies and larger corporate Real Estate businesses. Ian is now utilising that experience to provide boutique real estate advice to clients across the retail, leisure and office sectors.
Charles Parish & Co advises clients such as Firmdale Hotels Ltd, Borough Market Trustees, United St Saviour’s Charity, Rapha.cc, Press London Ltd, and Bamford Grooming Department amongst many others.

We provide specialist advice to landlords, property developers and occupiers across Central London, the UK and Continental Europe.
Working across mainly the independent retail, restaurant and leisure sectors, we can also advise occupiers on office and warehouse acquisitions.
